Only what you give us in the enquiry form: name, email, type of business, revenue bracket and, if you share it, your current website.

Why we collect it
Solely to reply to you and assess whether the project is a fit. We never pass your data to third parties or use it to advertise other companies. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to the same address. The form is processed by Netlify and the call diary by Calendly: both act as processors and may host the data outside the European Union.

How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as the sales conversation lasts and, if no project goes ahead, for a maximum of twelve months.

You can request access to, rectification of or erasure of your data by writing to tonidiaz@raisecompartners.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
